Open Lab Hours for Summer 2014

The graphic design lab is located in Room T309 on the San Diego City College campus. Our lab technician Eugene Brown will be in the lab ready to assist all students enrolled in summer classes.
Thursday/ Friday/ Saturday 1-6pm.
Lab is closed July 4 and July 14-22 this summer. Please plan accordingly.

There is plenty of street parking on Fridays and Saturdays if you don't have a permit.

Post Portfolio Decompression Session

Thanks to the Portfolio Class of 2014 for giving back today at our annual portfolio decompression session. At this event they shared their work, insider tips and what they wish they knew with the incoming San Diego City College Portfolio class. Great turnout!

San Diego City College Portfolio Class 2014

It's our centennial year at San Diego City College and the 2014 graduating class participated in the city-wide American Institute of Graphic Arts San Diego portfolio review. Competing against four year universities and private schools in 2013 our students took top honors. Once again this year our hard working students rolled up their sleeves and brought home first, second and third place overall. City students also won best cross cultural design, identity and branding, interactive design, packaging, photography, publication design and sustainability. Our students also took the 3 student choice awards being recognized by their peers for the best portfolio books. A big shout out to these incredibly dedicated students, SDCC design faculty, our colleagues in the photography department, supporters and alumni who gave so much to help launch their careers.
