AIGA San Diego Portfolio Review

Reminder that the AIGA Portfolio Review is this Saturday, May 24th. You are able to enter from 1-3pm to view the work. There will be 60+ portfolios there this year from all of the local schools and it will be a great time to look at portfolios and get a sense of what the portfolio review is like. It will be an invaluable experience if you plan on going into portfolio and the review next year. It is $25 for non-AIGA members and free for members, but well worth the money. Thanks to MaeLin Levine, AIGA Education chair for her hard work and vision to organize this year’s stellar event. The 2014 City College Portfolio Class sets sail to their future this Saturday and navigating the ship is the talented and dedicated Sean Bacon.

We will also be having a decompression session at City College on May 27th for anyone who is interested in or is planning to take portfolio next year at City. This years portfolio group will share their experience and wisdom as well as show their books and be available to answer questions. This event is free and will take place in V403A at 2pm on Tuesday May 27th.
